WOD
Work Out of the Day
This circuit workout targets every muscle in your body with dynamic compound exercises as well as muscle-specific moves.
It's a powerful workout, You'll perform each exercise, one after the other. Intense Movement for 60 Minutes+
DANCE FIT
Incorporates many forms of dance in a full body aerobic workout which will help to transform your body. The class will help to increase your fitness, tone your major muscles, boost your confidence & ease stress.
BBB
During the BBB-class we will work on the 3 most important B’s (in Dutch) of your body, namely Buik (Belly), Billen (Butocks) and Benen (Legs). In just one hour you train all these "problem areas" with the help of cardio and strength exercises. Thanks to the ideal combination of cardio and strength training, you burn a lot of calories, and at the same time work on making your body tighter! BBB is therefore the perfect fitness workout for people who want to lose weight and work on their condition.
SPINNING
The workout is a full-body, high-intensity, rhythm-based cardio-party. It maximizes calorie burn, accelerates fat loss, builds strength, and improves lean muscle tone. It gives you the energy, inspiration, and power to transform your body in a fun, joyful, and liberating way
OXY PUMP
Want to firm it up? Get in here! Exercises for abs and glutenous maxims are the primary goal plus additional work for muscle groups connected to these areas

TRX class uses the TRX suspension training system, which uses your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.
ZUMBA
Go For It!
We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
